RETURN POLICY
Return credit will be administered within 48 hours after the product is received in our main office. We will not reimburse the original shipping charges for products returned for the reason that are not the fault of the company.
Customers may call Campbell Moulding at 1-626-333-4637 or 626-333-7699 immediately upon discovering any damage or defect with any items ordered online. All damages should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
EXCHANGE
To exchange an item, simply call us on the numbers stated above; give all the details of the exchange item you want to change.
To make returns, simply call us and we will arrange the pick up for the item return and we will give you some instructions on how you should package your item.

PACKAGING OR RETURNS AND RESTOCKING FEE
Please make sure that the package items you are returning in the same way that you received it.
Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repacking may be charged a restocking fee of up 20% of the purchase price. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if the return does not follow the guidelines listed in Return Policy, or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care or poor repacking. Example: broken parts of the wood, cuts in half, chops the design etc ..
